Prawdzik Properties Team


Founder and President Mateusz Prawdzik, started in real estate with the pursuit to master the flipping business in renovations, addition, and new construction projects. With that he turned to raising capital and formulating larger projects in the large scale additions and multi family deals. He is responsible for all moving pieces in the company to ensure nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to management, maintaining investor relations, and formulating deal acquisitions.


Portfolio Management

Thomas Visaggio, Director of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management, is responsible for identifying, underwriting, and acquiring new multifamily deals along with managing them upon rehab completion. He began his career as a real estate analyst with Capodagli Property Company. He gives back to his hometown by holding a seat on the Little Ferry Planning Board where he evaluates and votes on proposed real estate developments.


Media and Marketing

Stevens Institute of Technology graduate, Alan Pardo interns at Prawdzik Properties as a project manager overseeing all construction operations. Simultaneously, Alan deals with all social media presence and responsibilities in customer and deal acquisition for the company. Having interest and prior experience in real estate development, Alan pursues his position with Prawdzik Properties while expanding his own real estate portfolio.


Acquisitions & Dispositions

Hugo Alves, of MPG, partner of Prawdzik Properties, focuses on the acquisition and sales of all single family and land development projects. Hugo is responsible for locating, analyzing, negotiating contracts and finalizing all single family projects. Hugo is also part of the MPG Team, one of NJ's top brokerages based in Union County. Hugo and his team are responsible for providing and executing the marketing plan for the sale of all redeveloped Prawdzik Properties's homes.
